Has the training been updated?

  • The training has been updated to reflect the changes to the RTT Rules that came into effect on 1st October 2015

How do I gain access to the Training and Assessment material?

  • A registration email from admin@18weekelearning.com will be sent to your Trust email address (check your junk mail if you haven’t received it) which will invite you to click on a link which will take you to your bespoke 18WeekeLearning training website.
  • Set your password and then you will then have access to all the training and assessment material for 12 months.
  • If you have deleted or lost your registration email. Please contact your line manager for further details.
  • Next time you log in, please just go straight to the website and log in, you can’t use your registration email more than once.
  • Please remember that you have a bespoke 18WeekeLearning website, to go to your website please type http://rbht.18weekelearning.com into your internet browser.

I haven’t received my registration email / lost my registration email?

  • Please check your junk mail first.
  • Check with your Line Manager that you have been granted access.
  • Contact one of our administrators who will be happy to re-send your registration email. You can do this by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form.

Can I use a colleague’s registration email?

  • No. Your registration email is unique to your email address. If you were to use somebody else’s registration link this would incorrectly record exam attempts and may result in both accounts being deleted.

Are other Trusts completing this training?

  • We work with a number of Trusts across the country to improve standards in 18 Weeks.

How can I see where I went wrong on my assessment(s)?

  • If you go to ‘My Account’ then ‘My Assessment History’ you will see a record of every assessment attempt, from here you can click on ‘Review’ which will inform you of the questions you answered, the answer you selected and the module to revisit in order to learn the correct answer. You can also re-print any certificates from here.

I’m sure that the answer that I gave was the correct answer, how can I check?

  • If you believe that we have got something wrong, please let us know, all feedback helps us to improve our service, we are happy to be challenged.
  • Did the question say ‘please select all that apply’, if it did and you didn’t select all of the correct answers then that question will be marked as incorrect, some questions require more than one answer to be selected, please check.

Can I access the training from my smartphone / tablet?

  • Yes, once you have registered you can access the website from any device that has Internet access.

Can I access my account if I’m not at my office desk?

  • Yes, you can log in anywhere (even from home) using your user name and password, you don’t have to be at your office desk.
